Rick Massimo. A Germantown, Maryland, man has been arrested and accused of a monthslong campaign of sending inappropriate messages and requests to a year-old that began after he gave the girl and her mother a ride home. The Montgomery County police said in a statement that Miguel Angel De Jesus Navarro, 61, of Germantown, offered the girl and her mother a ride home when he saw them leaving a Salvation Army in Gaithersburg in March or April of last year. That night, Navarro allegedly called the girl and offered her money for sex. The girl told him to leave her alone, the police said, but he continued to send her texts soliciting sex and asking for inappropriate pictures through last November. Navarro was arrested Monday.

Make this one a photo message to keep things extra enticing. Snap a photo of something enticing at home — maybe his favorite meal, some wine, some beer, whatever. Put some lingerie on the side of the photo so he knows it's more than just dinner that's waiting for him. Write up a coy "waiting for you at home…" and he will come rushing, stat. Round 2 tonight?
