Im 22 and I have a lump between anus and scrotum, I felt a little discomfort the first day I noticed but not pain or anything and it's been about 3 days and it's still there. Sort of red, looking. No pain or discomfort. What could it be? It feels like a it's under my skin, like I can hold and move the pea sized lump around under my skin. I tried squeezing it really hard several times but nothin happens.
